today I have realized that I'm back sliding... eating at night, not drinking water, not writing everything in my food diary.. my weight loss slowed down and today I gained :( ...I need to drink more water.. focus on what I'm eating... when I'm eating it.. be honest with my food diary...I need help... those things that I know I should do, I do not do... and the things I should not do I have been doing... today it must stop! or I will surely gain back the 15 pounds I have worked so hard to lose... Halloween sale candy be dammed...I will not eat it but any..I will drink my water and I will go to bed hungry.. it's not going to kill me... although it felt like it the first week ha ha... God please... help me to lose the next ten pounds... God, thank you for your help with the first 10...

sounds exactly like what I've been doing good luck I know it's hard to be strong when there are temptation around that's why I have everyone take and hide their snacks away from me otherwise I get up n the middle of night and snack was tempted to do it last night but fought the urge good luck self talk is huge get rid of all the tempting junk food that's the only way I can do it

You've got this! I do black beans on a corn tortillas with a jarred guacamole sauce almost every day for lunch. Easy and satisfying. I'm usually good all day. It's the "wolf hour" as the Danes would say that gets me. When you get home from work hungry and nothing is yet cooked.

Are you really hungry or just still feeling the conditioning of years of eating night time snacks? Try to eat enough protein to make you feel full at dinner. If you can resist, eventually the cravings deminish. Have a go to snack that is lower calorie. Mine is Smart 50 popcorn.

With Sherry, Protein drinks, bananas, water, pop corn air popped, no fats, healthy snacks. I have the late at night way after dinner snack problem.

Also, you have lost significant weight in just 3 weeks it looks like, sometimes, the body rebels if the diet it too demanding, wanting back what has been taken away. You are doing some drastic calorie reduction, can trigger hunger responses. Certainly not saying you shouldn't do that, just offering a possible reason for the possible protestations your body might be throwing at you. Hang in there.

feel your pain...why are you going to bed hungry? suggest you find things that are few cal. but you can enjoy. Good luck and God bless!
