I've been eating clean for the past 4 months, this week I bought protein powder because I want to gain some muscle,, we'll see how it goes... my diet is the following:
Breakfast:
2 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 cup of oat meal
1 banana
post workout:
1 orange
protein shake
1 slice of whole grain bread.
meal 3:
164gr of tilapia
1/4 avocado
1slice of 100% whole wheat bread
Lunch:
50gr of brown rice
6oz of salmon
1 cup of brocoli.
Meal 5:
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1 handfull of almonds
1 apple
meal 6:
6 oz of chicken brest
1/4 avocado
1 cup of lettuce.
