I skipped some reporting as my knee gave out on me a week ago. Scary and yet as soon as my knee popped the pain in my leg was gone. No doctor can tell me why. The best guess at this point is that I had a cyst on my knee that popped. Since then my knee has been unstable and hurt if I twisted or moved the knee wrong. The brace the Urgent Care gave me was ok. But a knee sleeve that I got myself has been good. It is more comfortable and the knee is doing better finally. Almost ready to get rid of the cane...spent 1.5 days with crutches.
Weight is finally going off again. I think I had too much swelling for a weight loss for a while.
