Couldn't stay out of the kitchen last night, and i went slightly over points. I dont know why i did this after weighing in yesterday and having a loss.

I could be totally off, but I have done this before too. Its almost like a celebrating of your loss, so you do something you know you shouldn't but do it anyways.. Then kick yourself afterwards. But today is a new day!!

It happens. I finding myself picking very low point items, and that way I eat small things all day and still don't use all my points.
