So I did no more trouble zones as my workout today. During one of the exercises, Jillian makes a point of noting that the exercise was good for "saddlebags" and as I was doing it was I thinking yup, I need lots of help there! But when I was done, I went to poke my "saddlebag fat" and I noticed it was mostly gone! Like, when did that happen?! Granted, there's a bit there and there's plenty elsewhere in my thigh (especially my inner thighs, yuck!) but I literally used to have a little puff of fat there, looked like I was smuggling a chicken breast under my skin, and now,it's actually pretty flat there! I attribute this to plenty of cardio as well as squats, lunges and other types of leg exercises that have really strengthened my legs.
Anyway, that was just a neat little thing I hadn't really noticed before.
And another notable, I'm in the 170s people! Yeah I cheated and am marking my mid-week weight but whatever. I was so flipping excited to see that 179 on my scale that I just had to come share! I have to note, that was a flat 179 so even if for whatever reason this is a "low" day, I'm likely still 179.something. We'll see this weekend when my offical weight gets marked.
*And yet another thing, I just noticed my tracker thing went from orange to yellow! How is all of this awesomeness happening in one day?!
