My boyfriend came over last night, and we both got the munchies around 11pm. I had a very low cal/no fat cup of soup and a two corn thins with vegemite. I didn't feel guilty or bad that I'd broken my diet. I did weigh in more (0.5 kg) this morning, and was surprised, but it was an earlier weighing time, so I'm not getting too upset over it.
Am going to start drinking more water today.
