OK I went way over on snacks last night! I really had the munchies and went to bed feeling overfull and bloated, unfortunately. I think this is a psychological reaction to gaining on the scale after doing everything right, but it's not really conscious.

Anyway, I weigh just the same as yesterday this morning so planning a good day today with lots of raw vegetables, lots of water flush out the salt (!) and no naughty snacks.

Of course, the weather's awful - cold, windy and rainy for the weekend when it's been mild and sunny all week!
