2965 calories burned today... And I did have the pita pocket with the veggie burger... It tasted to good.. And was so satisfying... I'm so glad you said to have it cause I was not going to... I'm excited and nervous to see the scale in the morning...I guess I'm nervous because I don't believe how much I have lost in three days and I don't want it to go back up lol sounds funny
