Well I have been trying to do the 10 fast but I have a hard time not eating but my appettite has gone way down. Actually Iam only hungry about once a day and other then that I munch on some crackers to off set the lemon in my belly. something must be working cause the scale went down finally.
Ok I was to embrassed to put it on but I have been actually at 167 for about 10 days now. But this morning I weighed in and was 163.5 YA ME IF IT HOLDS OR GOES DOWN. Heres hoping since I leave for my cruise on Saturday.

Good for you! Just be sure to do lots of walking and plan to stay busy so you get some moving in and you'll do just fine. :) Good luck and have a great time!

trust me I have been doing alot of cardio and weight training along with functional training so the workouts are there. Thats why it was becoming so frustrating cause the weight didnt come down.
