I ran 1 mile without stopping in 15 mins...and then jog/walked another 1/2 mile. I'm really pleased with my progress so far. I'm hoping by the end of next week I can get 1 1/2 miles non stop.

Wow that is a great accomplishment! You are doing so well. :) Hey I seen you like coffee creamer. You can make your own and it doesn't have all the additives. Also since I used low calorie Almond milk in mine instead of whole milk it has less calories per Tbsp. then the creamer you buy. Mine was 10 calories less per serving. Which we all know adds up eventually. I will send you the link.

Awesome! Way to go! One of my favorite running quotes is "running is 90% physical and 10% mental... don't underestimate the power of that 10%" Lots of days I'm only running on that 10%. Keep on doing it!
