So... Work was crazy today and I didn't get to eat until 330 this afternoon. Anything. Ugh! The good news is I wasn't all that hungry cause it's so hot outside. The bad news is my blood sugar was crazy low. So by four this afternoon I had about 450 calories. I know that's bad. Someone slap my hand! I'll get better about it. My hubby thinks I should keep a breakfast shake on hand in my lunch box for days such as these. Probably not a bad idea but I cannot stand slim fast...anyone have other suggestions for me? I do keep string cheese and special k cereal bars in my lunch box but if I get super busy, I'll forget they are there...


BTW... LOL I kinda hate that in order for anyone to be able to view or comment on my journal entries, I have to leave my weight out there in the wide open! I feel a little too vulnerable with that, does anyone know how to make just the weight part private?
