Good weekend. I didn't gain but didn't lose. I have to admit things have slightly gotten away from me upon my return from vacation. I definitely have not been doing bad, but not pushing myself on the extra good. Today I commit to getting back in on the exercise. I didn't feel good this weekend so I stayed in bed from a good day and a half. However, I did go salsa dancing and this awesome place by the water on Sunday. It was during the day too so it was pure dance not club like at all and that in itself was exercise, especially for the legs. There is a reason Spanish women have legs like that and being that I am part Spanish ha ha I am BEHIND! I had so much fun and today I am going to hit the Jillian Michael s DVD. That woman is crazy so I know it will be great.

YOU know maintaining is always good!!! Salsa dancing....omg....sounds fun!!! Dancing is always FUN and exercises.....generally with drinks which cancels out a lot of weight loss.....at least for me!!! :-0. I KNOW your gonna be back in the swing!!! Let me know how Juliian's DVD is. She DOES have an awesome body.....ugh!!! Have a great day!!!!
