Well folks I limped across the line in the sand this week but I can now say I am UNDER 200. Thats right my weight has a 1 in front of it. I'm excited for it even though it has little meaning in the long run but i'm here and i'm staying here forever.

Rough weigh-in for me here. Just confused about the number on the scale. The last several weeks my losses just haven't even been remotely in line with my calorie deficit. I mean come on. On what planet does a calorie deficit of 11K calories only equal a 1 pound loss. My bodies way of just pissing me off. Starting to feel like its telling me the harder I work the less weight it will take off of me. I know the common saying to think about here like "I'm probably building muscle." But i'm just venting a bit (not trying to get anyone down).

Anyways outside of my head for a moment I had a good weekend. I saw alot of my family that I haven't seen in about 4 months so everyone's comments were really positive. One thing just keeps bothering me about people giving me compliments still is the fact that technically i'm still obese even at today's weigh-in so people telling me how good/young I look just tells me how bad I was before. One of my aunt's even told me not to lose to much more weight it wasn't healthy. I'm still 40 pounds away from being considered at the high end of normal for my height. I don't know maybe it just goes hand in hand with the fact that I don't know how to take compliments about my appearance and still feeling like the fat kid inside coupled with this mornings mediocre performance on the scale i'm feeling a little down. The gym will be exceptionally hard tonight.


Milestones:
8.0 lbs - No longer obese ever again
19.6 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!!
39.9 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range
49.2 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!
90,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 31,4 kg.    Sisa: 22,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

That is great that you've reached below 200lbs! That's a big deal every 10 helps and makes you feel good that you'll never see that number again. I would warn you that BMI doesn't take how muscular you are into account and it isn't necessarily the healthiest weight for you even though the officially BMI says it.
