I can't chew any food and this morning even swallowing tuna proved problematic, so went ahead and got my no sugar added ice cream. Oh my is it good and technically no calories... At all... Or just few.

I would strongly suggest revisiting the calorie label on your ice cream. Just a suggestion. Unless anything under 100 doesn't count to you. LOL

DP, I believe it was 180 per cup. I can't eat much anything now and don't want my body to only use my little muscles that remain....
