I did terrible today with meals as far as planning! I find it hard @ lunch...that's the most difficult meal for me! I will have to do better nxt week, as I am nearing the end of my workout sessions. My trainer has already declared it the title "Hell Week" for us, lol! With that being said there would be no way that I could last her workout w/ what I ate 2day!
