Didn't have a snack before spin class and then didn't eat much after on Thursday. Wanted to make some progress but it turned out to be a mistake I think. I was ravenous all day on Friday and went nuts. Lesson learned.

Am thinking about cutting back on grains. I eat whole grain bread with plenty of fiber, but it strikes me as one of those deals where if the label says it has something good for you, it probably also has a bunch of stuff that isn't.

Lifehacker also had a great article by a guy that lost 150 lbs. My biggest take away from that article was that I need to be more prepared. Planning and prepping meals ahead of time should really help avoid those grazing episodes that come up all the time.
