Meeting with my dietician tomorrow to go over all my tracking. I need to find some good snack recipes. Any suggestions?

Nut pouches. Emerald has a 100 cal pack I like. Archer farms has good ones too at 150-160 calories. Kind brand mini bars (90-100 calories).

I’m just reducing my calorie intake, watching carb and trying to honestly eat more good food.

Thanks, Amber. I avoid the "bars" because I can't pronounce all the ingredients - I avoid most processed foods. I suggest: small quantities of nuts or cheese; pickles; unsweetened flaked Coconut; bacon jerky; and small quantities of dark chocolate.
