I have to be honest and say yesterday, for the first time, I couldn't keep strictly to the prescribed low intake. I really felt the need for something just a little more substantial than steamed vegetables and an egg in the evening so added a slice of toast and some coleslaw, taking me up to around 700 cal.

Down 400 gr this morning to 56.9 so I'm really glad that after deciding to go off the fast track a little, I didn't succumb and go crazy - I could easily have eaten last night's dinner all over again and I did think about it, but I didn't do it.

So hopefully no harm done.

A beautiful sunny day today and the prospect of a weekend away from this evening.

Sometimes the cravings CAN be our bodies asking for more food. As long as it's not asking for chips and chocolate. :) I'd say you're doing fine. 700 is super low still.

So, I'm not real clear on how many days on, how many days off you're doing, but maybe it's too many low days? Keep playing with it. Few things in life are set in stone :-)
