i feel good today...i lost a pound and feel ready to go! todays plan is to run 2 mi this evening, do cardio countdown this morning, exercise tv...focus on arms and abs this morning and at least 40 min on the wii fit plus.
my diet is to be under 1200 but about 1000 calories today.
my goal weight by friday is 196
