Happens! I record o ly once a week, but I am currently up 4 POUNDS since yesterday. Why? I worked out so hard, went on a nearly 12 mile walk, but then went out to eat with my hubby. Boom! 😕 The scale... So friendly sometimes and bitter enemy others! Hang tight! 😁
