I haven’t weighed myself in awhile because I’m still dealing with swelling in my legs and feet. I finally gave in and have a doctors appointment on Monday. I also met my new dietician today and I know with her guidance and support, I’m going to do great!
123,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0,5 kg.    Sisa: 24,0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
