Makan Malam: White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) , Morrisons Butternut Squash & Nut Roast, Chicken Breast, Vitalite Dairy Free Butter. Based loosely on BBC but didn’t use cheese and didn’t make the sauce.... and might of been a few other tweaks (if I don’t have something I substitute or miss out)
