It is hard when someone you love dumps you but you need to stay positive. If he left you then he wasn’t the right person for you. You also need to realize that when you decided to lose weight you were doing for you not him. You want to be healthier and fit. You have already lost 12 pounds which is a quarter of you goal. Stay focused and you will reach you goal. Eat the foods you enjoy just cut the portion so you don’t over eat. I wish you the best in your journey.

We all have been there. You just need some alone time and reflection. Remember your worth gain some confidence again and you will have “P.... P!!” Not going to explain that lol. Focus on you. Get bad ass because you paid attention to you and not someone else relationship wise. You will feel so much better 💕

If he dumped you it's time to pick yourself back up and remember that you have unlimited options! Now there is nothing holding you back from being what you need to be and that is confident that you can do this! When you are in tip top shape here in 5 months, you'll remember this post and be like" Dude was right! Look at me now! Focus on you because you have that much more time to do just that and build yourself up by eating healthy and making a list every night of things you're going to do the next day. Start going on walks and planning goals and executing those goals and find inspiring people to join you in your journey to the you that you deserve, The healthy vibrant confident you that is dying to break free from where you are now!
