okay so this day i havent been too horrible i noticed that even though i would say it way my cheat day i would still have some self restraint. on my sister bday i had cookout meat and a slice of cake but didnt go over board and drink any cokes or beer. today i indulged in tostadas but the lettuce and tomato were so good it made me want a salad. i can see how writing everything down really makes a difference cause once i see my numbers i either get proud of myself or stop myself from eating bad things. when i saw my weight loss i was actually genuinely happy because i had lost 3 lbs from just watching what i ate not starving myself. so if i ever actually go to the gym with more frequency i might have this in bag lol

You will totally have this in the bag! I too lost weight initially just by watching what I ate because at that point I wasn't ready to commit to exercise just yet, lol. When you're ready for the gym you'll kill it, I'm sure. :) The bonus will be that with regular exercise, you'll be able to eat more & still lose! I was able to raise my calories to 2,000 a day because I'm working out 6 days a week.
