Hello! Welcome to Motivational Monday! I had a mediocre week; kinda "meh" summer, diet-wise, I never really got into that hyper-focused mindset. Still 2 weeks till Labour Day! I am going to give a better effort because I need to crack that next goal of 285, then onto 270! Today, I am declaring my 8-week goal of hitting 255 because that would take me to 100 pounds (total) lost. I can do this!!! That is also Thanksgiving Monday. Used this pic today because I love this idea of "Forward" vs "Backward" foods - what am I choosing to help me move forward??? Applies to so much of life! Hope you are feeling fantastic today :)
