Today is day 14.. can't believe I'm more than halfway already! I took measurements yesterday. I only lost 0.8lbs HOWEVER, I lost 6 inches from my waist and 2 inches from my hips!! I'm psyched! Also, I'm noticing that when I do go to the gym I'm able to lift more weight and for more reps. I knew I'd get some results but this is awesome! :-)
