Ha ha - yesterday didn't quite go according to plan! Husband invited me out to dinner quite unexpectedly, and as I've just been away and not seen him for two weeks it would have been both strange and silly to refuse on account of a diet!

I still had two good, long breaks between meals - 14 hours from dinner Friday to breakfast yesterday, and 8 hours between breakfast and dinner yesterday. I'll be eating normally today and doing a fast day tomorrow, in which I'll consume just 500 calories.

I'm feeling very sleepy today and got up with difficulty at 8.30. Although there's only a two-hour time difference between here and the UK I feel I'm still on UK time and I'm already stressing about getting up at 6 tomorrow morning to go back to work.

Weigh-in day tomorrow - I sneaked on the scales this morning and I've dropped 600 gr since yesterday despite going out for dinner. I didn't eat anything "heavy" though and I didn't come home feeling "stuffed" - I hate that feeling.
