Well it's plateau time! I haven't gained or lost in about a week. Does anybody have a trick to jump start the weight loss again? any foods? I can't have Banana or Avocado (and I LOVE THEM). I work overnight so it's hard to get exercise in all the time. Trying to sleep and take care of my 3 and 1 yr old. HELP. LOL

When I plateau'd my 1st time I was eating around 1150 to 1175 cal or so. I upped them to around 1350 and started losing again. I noticed the last 2 months you were also around 1150 and 1180 on average.

Did you up your calories and did it work toward your plateau?

Bake chicken thighs (with the skin), have 2 for lunch, 2 for dinner, no carbs, lots of water, coffee. Sometimes need 2 days.

I do well with all meat, no carbs for a few days, too. Get some exercise.

Yep it did work! I've lose more lbs! Since my plateau!

I suggest getting a few dumbbells for your home. You can Netflix and lift! 😁

I'll try the dumbbells. I do have a baby that is 16 lbs. I could use her. Lol. But seriously, I'll look into them. :)
