U got this! I have always been thin but had some serious thyroid problems n gained 50 lbs. It was weird though, when I looked in mirror I still saw a skinny person. It took me a few years but I finally put on my big girl pants and joined a gym and got a nutritionist. I was determined andI lost the weight and Im in better shape than ever. I feel so much better! Hi! I've discovered I can even read while riding a stationary bike and while walking on a treadmill. I haven't figured out a way to do it while lifting weights though. ;-)

To echo what others have said, one of the quotes that sticks with me is this:
"If you want what you have never had, you must do what you have never done".
You can do it! Find what works for you and keep going. You can fall off a hundred times, but if you keep getting back up, you win :)
