This is what I like to consider a breakfast bowl. The base is 3 medium sized tomatoes. A handful of fresh basil. Some Himalayan pink salt. Fresh cracked Pepper. 2 sunny side up eggs. A teaspoon avocado oil. One shallot. And a dash of garlic / onion seasoning.
basically what I am trying to do with all of my meals is eat meat and vegetables. Other than this I'm going to add fresh healthy fats. I also plan to use a bunch of fresh ingredients. As much as possible, I want to use to crush herbs and if I plan to use seasonings I will make sure that theyare all sugar-freearee all sugar-free.
I think in the beginning it will look like I'm eating a lot of salad but salad is quite delicious so that's where I'll start!!!
