I have a question: for the people who do Intermittent Fasting, do you exercice too? If yes, when? Thx

I like to exercise before breaking my fast. I find it easier to exercise on an empty stomach.

i do my workout at end of a 18-19 hour fast...

Yes, my exercise is walking. I eat between 6am and 2pm. I usually go for a walk after breakfast. After 2pm, I don't do much exercise except maybe vacuuming or other housework

Dinner, sleep, work, exercise then break fast (close to 20 hour) I mix it up on the weekend with the time I eat and increased calories, keeping that metabolism on its toes!

I fast from about 7-1pm so I exercise around 11:30am

Yes and yes. I use the Zero app to start, stop and track my fasting. I usually start my 18:6 fast at 6pm at the latest, and I workout at 6:00 every morning. By 16 hours (in general) into the fast the body switches from sugars (carbs) fuel to ketones for fuel (the preferred source of fuel for our brains. I’ve workout for years. I’ve notice zero difference in strength/gains etc in my workouts while fasting.

I try to get an hour of exercise in most every day, I don't run on a normal schedule, I do between 18:6&16:8 fasting depending how my day is going. yesterday I did 30 min of exercise at 12:30 a.m. Today it will be 10 a.m. fast will be ending at noon today, I recommend having a daily routine as I find my schedule just messes up my body's pattern and it seems to work against itself.

Thanks ryan! Yeah i try to exercise eveyday for 30min between 9am and 11am. Then i break fast at noon, then i stop eating at 8 or 9pm. Thanks eveyone for you input!
