Just started a new workout program called Jim Stoppani's Showtime which incorporates three 7-minute HIIT intervals. I had been trying to break 1000 calories burned in a workout for months and I FINALLY did it! All that extra interval training must be the ticket! Weight is moving and, although I don't like cardio much, I have to admit it feels good afterwards. The program is only a month long so it'll be interesting to see where this takes me. Wish me luck!
