I started going to Crossfit two weeks ago. I go 3x a week, in the mornings. I an also trying to be more active, walking during my lunch hour and just moving more. I do have a desk job. I am 8mpp, exclusively breastfeeding/pumping. My sw was 234lbs
I just started REALLY watching what I eat. I do not do KETO what so ever, but I am watching my carb intake. According to my coach I should have around 2k calories, 215C, 150P, 65Fat, 30Fiber. About two days ago I decided to actually watch my carb intake and WOAH! I do bad, I easily go over 250g a day, "eating healthy" I decided to go even lower just for a while, I have been doing 150G for four days and I have lost 2lbs lol.... but I feel more in control of my meals! I keep my protein high but my fat I keep it as my trainer recommended. I am excited! it is my Monday at work and I am so looking forward to it! It is easy for my to keep control of food while at work rather then at home. CW 227...
