It just goes that way- up and down and up and down but as long as your overall trend is downward, you are doing well! The scale will always fluctuate. Sometimes I know its because of something I did- but even when I do everything "right"- it happens. Hard not to be disappointed but you shouldn't be! ;)

Thank you davidsprincess after I posted that I told myself to remember I am on steriods because I been sick. That could have something to do with the gain.
