I have been eating the fit active foods now for 2 weeks, (even before I found this place)..So, I have been trying to get my brain wrapped around the idea that its a life style, not a diet. But today, I really wish I had brought one of these veg. stuffed sandwiches with me instead if eating like 1/2 of my shrimp chow mein. (I had some on the white rice, but I threw out the rest)..I am just not into anything but salad, and a little meat now. And pray the boys don't eat it all...oooo heads will roll!!
