Well, 🐒. I went on vacation (forced) and got off track. Gained 5ish lbs and am having a really hard time with schedule, routine, et. all. I HATE how much time and thought all of this shit takes.

I told myself that I’d restart on July 1st... but I’ll be honest. I’ll restart when I restart. Next few days or so. Mostly I just want to sleep.

When I start feeling in a funk, I try just try to do better the next day, even if it is just a teeny bit. Stay positive, you are worth it!
