before my surgery I was walking at 3.5-3.7mph for about 3-4 miles on the treadmill. Surgery was in September didn’t get back to slowly walking the treadmill until late February early March, well today I’m going try walking a little faster and see how body does lol I walked outside the other day and I walked at a good pace my body seemed ok...wish me luck because this turtle walking is not for me lol 😂
