I weigh in everyday. Alot of fluctuations going on and it's usually due to water weight. Some people should not weigh everyday because it can really get you down if you aren't seeing any loss. I expect to see a gain in a few days due to my cycle.
Today is my last day for what I call junk. It's all diet like stuff but it's not acceptable on induction. I have a Naked protein drink to have, a bit of natural peanut butter, and I'm done with coffee. Yep. That's gonna suck, quitting smoking was easier than quitting coffee.
I have been getting my 1 gallon of water in for the last 3 days and I think that's why I lost 4 lbs of water weight last night.
SO, I guess I'm calling tomorrow my official day 1 of induction. I wanna take measurements but I don't have my tape (damn divorce, you lose so many small things heh).
Hey, I just realized I can use that joke now, you know, the one,
"I lost 220 lbs this year...My now exhusband"
boy I chopped that one all to hell. Anyways, I'm gonna get my badonka butt outside and do some gardening.
ohohoh, my guy T-Dub promised me an elliptical when he gets home!! YEAH! I haven't been doing my walks because it's farkin' hot and I hate hate hate the heat....so I pouted and he relented. I can't wait! I hope I actually use it. I will, he'll make me. He's very very supportive. (He just doesn't want a fat girlfriend if you ask me) But I'll take that anyday! He works out at the gym everyday and runs 5 miles everyday, he's all muscular and yummy and it makes me jealous. I love rubbing all those mounds, yummy, oops, it's getting all hawt in here now.
(sorry, I go off on ramblers sometimes, T-dub works for the RR and is gone a few days at a time and I get bored)
