Duncan and I have much in common. YOYOS. Yep! Here I go again. I'm back where I started, or higher. I can't seem to stand still enough for the scale to register. As close as I could was 143.5 kg which I (hopefully correctly) converted to 316.4 lb. This is ugly. So here we go again. Back on the elevator which hopefully will be an express to the ground floor. I expects a few quick stops on the way down, but hopefully the up button won't work. Come ride with me. It's no fun without friends. I've also forgotten much about using this site, so I might be asking for assistance. God bless.

My weight comes off slowly....on Nov 1 2018 weighed 285. Now weigh slightly under 246....almost 40 lbs but it took me almost 8 months!!! 5 lbs a month average....yes, discouraging....I went a whole month with no loss!!! I have found a good spot where I'm losing a half a lb a day!!! My calories are about 750, carbs below 5, fat 65% and protein 30 to 35!!!! Wish me luck as I have a little less than 20 lbs to lose to have hip replacement!!! Stick with it!!! You can do it!!
