Oh, what a wonderful way to end my day!! I just read all the comments to my journal yesterday. You are all so amazing - and I could feel the support running through my veins today as I helped with the clean-up!! I feel loved and supported - so it's easy to offer it up to others. Thank you everyone!!
I didn't get to help out as much as I would have liked today - it was mostly about organizing volunteers and getting people assigned to the places that needed it most. Tomorrow I plan on having sore muscles!!!
Eating is no problem right now!! I'm more concerned with getting in my water to keep hydrated.
BREAKFAST 6 slices of bacon = 0C 2 cups of coffee with h/c = 0C
LUNCH a chunk of havarti dill cheese (yummy!!) = 1C 2 stalks of celery with sugar free peanut butter = 4C
DINNER 2 slices of pork loin = 0C about a cup of boiled cabbage = 3C 1/2 cup of green beans with butter and garlic = 2C
OTHER sugar free pudding = 4C 2 diet drink mixes from South Beach = 2C
TOTAL = 16C

Great job today Paige. I bet you'll be sore and tired tomorrow night with all the volunteer work you'll be doing.. try to have fun with it, and I hope all goes well!
