Soooo it's been a while, but it's good to be back. I'd stopped recording entries and calories when I found out I was pregnant. I've gained the weight I'd lost and then some so I've got my work cut out for me. I'm 3.5 weeks post partum so Im taking this journey even slower than the last time. 😩 I also have diastisis recti so even when I do resume work outs they're going to be lower impact ones. #LetTheJourneyBegin
