Soooo it's been a while, but it's good to be back. I'd stopped recording entries and calories when I found out I was pregnant. I've gained the weight I'd lost and then some so I've got my work cut out for me.
I'm 3.5 weeks post partum so Im taking this journey even slower than the last time. 😩
I also have diastisis recti so even when I do resume work outs they're going to be lower impact ones.

I understand that I'm 6 months almost 7 months pp and im still loosing the weight from having my son so far after I had him I lost 30 pounds myself before I joined here good luck and there are a bunch of exercises designed just for diastasis recti

@SamLovenbug I have tried out those exercises. Rn I just need to be consistent with doing them to start closing the gap.

Consistency is the key but you will get there just keep it up
