Crap, forgot to lower my point intake by one yesterday, not too big a deal but I have to remember today. Nice being below 260, not nice losing a point :)
My butt and thighs are killing me from doing the stairs and lunges the last couple of days, shows what muscles I'm working though! Going out for coffee with a friend in the morning, first real test of willpower! Trying to figure out what to have for breaky with her though - I would have had a multigrain bagel except I wasn't thinking and already had one tonight! Hmmmm....
