Crap, forgot to lower my point intake by one yesterday, not too big a deal but I have to remember today. Nice being below 260, not nice losing a point :)

My butt and thighs are killing me from doing the stairs and lunges the last couple of days, shows what muscles I'm working though! Going out for coffee with a friend in the morning, first real test of willpower! Trying to figure out what to have for breaky with her though - I would have had a multigrain bagel except I wasn't thinking and already had one tonight! Hmmmm....

Don't worry about 1 point. A point averages out to about 60 calories so that won't make or break your week. I'm sure you will do great when out with your friend. There are lots of good breakfast choices that are WW friendly. And don't forget eggs! They fill you up and keep your hunger at bay all morning. Just skip the bacon or sausage :)
