Good morning everyone.
I haven't had the time or a wish to write my journal for the few past weeks, I was busy at work, lazy during my break time and not home when I was off work... so, after having a few NICE friends writing on my journal to check on me, I decided that it is only fair to give you some updates. Thanks for checking on me, you know who you are :)
So... things are somewhat fine. I am still going to gym, not regularly but at least 2-3 times a week, it's quite hard with the weather and especially the humidity we had in the past 2 weeks, no one feels like working out, we are sweating just by doing nothig! :) In a week it's my vacation, we will go and see my family in Quebec city. I am excited and can't wait to be off work for a week too.
My ultimate goal is still to get close to 125lbs, however, now I am turning around 135lbs... not the best, but it's summer, I am having lots of ice cream and snacks (sometimes late in the night) and am going less to gym, so there is my explanation. As soon as we hit September I know my whole routine will change and I will work very hard to reach my goal... I did it before, I know the steps and now it will be even easier, there is not much fat to burn I need to tone my body and try to get leaner. Will post some pictures afterwards... As of now, I have some nice biceps... I need more work on my triceps and somehow after all my ab exercises I am getting a nice and lean stomach and I have a feeling that my wish for a 6pack will be possible, probably by next summer, as long as I continue this way... it's a long-term goal.
