so i went on my anniversary vacation for a week...and i did ok with the running and working out until the last 3 days. i did ok with the eating, but i did drink quite a bit, so i gained some weight. i am now back on track though. my husband said he wanted to really change our life, and get healthy and looking good... so it helps that he is on board with this! i see and feel a little difference, but i want major differences. slow and steady i know...i want to be under 200 by the end of the month, so thats my little goal right now. back on it and ready to go!
