Yes! Another pound down! The Slim Fast is definitely working. It's nice to have a diet product actually do what it says it's supposed to do. So far today I've stayed within points & fat and I have 5 points and 3 grams of fat left for an evening snack if I want it.

Also today we had apple & peach pie in the break room and I didn't have a piece! Not even a bite so I'm proud of myself for that.

I have stayed within my points values pretty much all week I just haven't been doing my full exercise routine because I've been hurting to bad (Fibromyalgia) but next week I'm gonna have to tough it out I'm off Fri,Sat,Sun,Mon so I should be able to get back into the swing of things with my work outs then. One step at a time.

Update hubby came home with BBQ chicken! I had a thigh instead of my imitation crab it was so good I also had an ice cream bar I'm still within points just a little over my fat goal target by 5 So I'll call it a good day good week really
