Thanks, I don't want to stop I am starting to like what I see when I look in the mirror I still have a long way to go so ain't no stopping me now. I don't have a taste to eat like I used to. when I go to a family event I prepare my own meals I am determined to keep going. I am that phoenix up from the ashes. My Fitbit motivates me to keep on stepping.
