I usually update weight weekly, but this daily accountability challenge want daily. I'll go with it for now.

You don't HAVE TO report in on your weight daily if you don't want to, @meonadiet. For some people it is a great motivator, but for others it is a cause of great stress! Report your weight when it is most comfortable for you to do it. For the challenges, it is best to report on Mondays (that'll give you your proper beginning and ending weights). Only YOU really know if it is helpful or hurtful for YOU to report in daily! For me, it is a great motivator, because I know everyone can see my weight.
