An hour at the gym just makes such a difference. I managed to do the fasting thing for a whole 9h26 minutes today. And last week 8h00 plus except for the weekend. There was one day that I did more than 11 hours... 😜

Fasting gets easier.. it's a practice in mindfulness. you're doing great so far... little by little you'll get longer fasting periods. on my hungry days, fizzy water is my go-to and on cold days (I get icy some days when I fast) then black coffee or black tea does the trick. I am my most productive during my fasting period at work.

Wow awesome work💪😘 I use an app called LIFE it tracks how many hours you fast. It does get easier. Hang in there.
