I wanted to ask a question.. What is your idea of the best IF times? I'm thinking t trying it and wanted to ask others views on time frames for it, I find a wide variety online

how I do my intermediate fasting is my eating window is from noon to 6 p.m. only cuz normally if I eat after 6 I get sick in general

Yea I get nauseated at night if I drink or eat to late. So I totally understand. Do you remember how long it took to get used to not eating breakfast?

Not too long but I increased my water intake and I also will put fruit in my water and I try to to drink at least 8 oz before I even leave my house in the morning.

i used to eat from noon to 8pm . then eventually 4pm to 8pm. Maybe do a normal day of eating but track what times you eat the most and center it around that that way you are it really changing your habits

I found it pretty easy to not eat in the morning. That is the busiest time of day for me so I just made a point not to sit down to eat. The busier I am the easier it is to fast.

Thank you, yea I eat most lunch and dinner. I think I am going to try noon to 6 to start off, see how it feels
