I lost 0.3lbs this week. A bit embarrassing, but I'm not surprised it's such a low drop. I wasn't on plan nearly as much as I should have been, nor did I exercise as much as I should have. Lesson learned, and anyway, these things happen. I made a point of taking a 70 minute walk this morning, so it's a good start to my new week. Hopefully I'll have a nice drop this week.
Edited to add: When I hit save, it told me that at this rate, it would take me 33 months to get to my goal weight. That's scary! Granted, I have every intention of losing more weight than I did this week on a weekly basis, so it won't take me nearly that long if I stick with it, but it's still a freaky thing to see.
